| 2. | Tier & Maintenance Tier | There are 4 (four) tiers at GarudaMiles loyalty program, that is Blue, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. To reach the next tier, members should earn mileage or flight frequency in a certain amount. Members can earn mileage from Citilink’s and Garuda Indonesia’s flight, but members can earn frequency only from Garuda Indonesia’s flight. |
| 3. | Mileage Accrual | Members who register to join GarudaMiles, both from Garuda Indonesia’s or Citilink’s website, can accrue mileage from Citilink, Garuda Indonesia, airline partners, and merchant partners. |

| 6. | How To Claim Your Missing Mileage | Missing mileage from Garuda Indonesia’s flight can be claimed at least 6 (six) month since the departure date. You can claim your missing mileage through email to cs@garudamiles.com and attaching missing mileage form, boarding pass, and passenger ticket coupon or you can access www.garuda-indonesia.com. | Missing mileage from Citilink’s flight can be claimed at least 6 (six) month since the departure date. You can claim your missing mileage through email to member.retro@citilink.co.id and attaching boarding pass/ e-ticket, and your member card. Claim mileage from Citilink only available for flight after 24th February 2017. |
